Because Original fiction is just about every book that isn’t based on something else, so yes. As far as FANfiction with OCs. No. Unless it’s a character added in as background fodder or very basic, brief support. I don’t join a fandom to read/see people’s original characters. I’d rather see them take that creativity and make something of their own, so I could like that for what it is, and not for what it’s basing itself off.
